Specifying a payment project
Payment hardware is regulated differently in every market, and the reader/acquirer combination is a project decision, not a catalogue option. Bring three things to the enquiry: the payment methods to accept, the acquirer or gateway you will certify with, and the receipt/printer requirement. The cabinet, screen, PC and layout are then configured around your certified peripherals — that is the honest order of work, and it is how these terminals are quoted.
